CNC - Plastic Fabric Cutter

Bags made out can be used to pack food articles like sugar, cereals apart from Cement, Fertilisers.
Takes in fabrics upto 2 metres in width.
Rolls upto 200kgs.
High productivity.
Tension control with dummy load and unwind motor in the rear with limit switch controls.
Sheet cutting done by wirecut technique, which ensures top quality cut, and avoids welding between sheets if sheets are fed in pairs to increase productivity.

Mechanics
Unwind motor in the rear with 1HP motor and torque multiplier gearbox.
Front sizing motor has AC Variable frequency drive for fine speed control.Motor
Hard rubberized rollers for good pull force.
Hot-wire cutter for fine cutting.Wire temperature controlled by unique linear expansion feedback principle developed by us. Wire-cutting cuts down the power requirement for the heater from 2KW(as required by the blade cutting machines) to under 200Watts. That would translate into a huge savings in Power bills.
Pneumatic cylinders drive down the cutting wire.
Fabric Mandrel loading by Pneumatic lifters in the rear, helps operators to quickly load from fork-lifts etc.

Electronics
Dedicated controller for the machine with very advanced logic control, and Man Machine Interface(MMI).The length can be programmed by entering the values directly into the keypad
Manual control and inching supported to help in running trials and small lots without wastage.

Optional advanced features
Battery backup to save programme in case of power failure. Alarm/Indicator lights in the rear of the machine visible from quite a distance High power 110db hooter.
Disable and alarm in case punch and die for neck cutting are interchanged (This feature is very unique to our machine).This condition is potentially dangerous in case the operator changes only the punch and forgets about the die (Under the sheet).

Valve Counting Machine

Used for counting valves used in automobile tubes and similar components accurately, efficiently, and rapidly, unlike standard weight-based methods. This machine is equipped with a powerful vibratory bowl feeder with autoalignment tooling and includes a pneumatic arm to push the container when full. The operator simply removes a filled container and replaces an empty one at the other end. Abrasion damage to components is prevented by coating the bowls with teflon. The Arm and vibratory feeder are electronically controlled with digital display and in-built power supply.

Pick and Place Robot

Based on simple pneumatic mechanisms has been developed with rapid cycle times as low as 200 milliseconds. Such robots can be used in applications such as fine blanks.

High Power Vibrator Feeder

Logic control system (including an alarm to indicate jamming of the chute) for managing component flow in linear milling transfer line.
Can hold upto 2 kg of materials at anytime during the operation.
